1Acceptance of Terms
Access to Quorin is offered on the condition that these Terms of Service are observed. Opening, browsing, creating an account for, or otherwise interacting with the application indicates that you accept this legal arrangement as binding on you.
If these conditions are not acceptable to you, the proper course is to discontinue use of the app and any related services immediately. No right to continue using the platform exists outside the scope described in this document.
2Service Description
Quorin provides a digital environment for fashion-oriented inspiration, visual organization, and AI-assisted image creation based on user inputs such as reference imagery and short text prompts. The platform is designed to help users collect, shape, and manage a personal style archive.
Features, design, tools, availability, and technical requirements may evolve over time. Some functions may be revised, interrupted, replaced, or removed as the service develops.
We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perpetual availability, or that any particular feature will remain active for a specific period.
3User Responsibilities & Conduct
Quorin is intended only for adults. You may use the app only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Lawful and respectful conduct is required at all times. You must not misuse the application, interfere with its operation, or employ it in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties.
- Do not engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
- Do not upload, transmit, or introduce malicious code, harmful scripts, or other disruptive material.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or abuse other individuals.
- Do not attempt to bypass security measures, probe vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access.
- Do not use the service in a manner that infringes rights belonging to others.
Where an account or login credential is provided, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for activity occurring under your account. Breaches of these terms may lead to content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, permanent termination, or referral to appropriate authorities where necessary.
4Intellectual Property
All rights in Quorin, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and related materials, remain the property of the developer or applicable licensors unless a different ownership position is clearly stated.
A limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission is granted to you solely for personal use of the app in accordance with these terms. This permission does not transfer any ownership interest.
Except where applicable law clearly permits otherwise, you may not copy, sell, redistribute, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, adapt, or create derivative works from the application or its underlying components.
5Disclaimer
Quorin is made available on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent allowed under applicable law, all warranties and assurances—whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—are excluded.
This includes, without limitation, implied warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and freedom from errors or harmful components.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Quorin will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from access to or inability to access the app.
This exclusion applies even where the alleged damage involves lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, corruption or loss of data, interruption of business, device issues, or similar commercial or personal harm.
Where a jurisdiction does not allow certain limitations, liability will be limited only to the narrowest extent enforceable in that jurisdiction.
7Account Termination
Access to Quorin may be restricted, suspended, or ended if we believe a user has breached these terms, created risk for the platform, or used the service in an inappropriate or unlawful manner.
Such action may occur without advance notice where circumstances justify immediate intervention. We are not required to continue providing access to any account, feature, or stored material.
You may stop using the application whenever you choose. If you no longer wish to be bound by these terms, you should discontinue all use of the service.
8Terms Modification
From time to time, these terms may be revised to reflect operational changes, legal developments, security needs, or updates to the service itself.
When revised terms are posted, the new version becomes the governing version as of its stated effective date. Continued access to Quorin after that point indicates acceptance of the updated conditions, so periodic review is recommended.
9Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the operator of Quorin is established, without applying conflict-of-law principles that would direct the matter to another legal system.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy related to the app or these terms should first be raised with us in good faith by email so that an informal resolution may be attempted. If that effort does not resolve the matter, the dispute may be brought before the courts with proper authority in the applicable jurisdiction.
